Santa and His Elves Were Spotted on the Bow River Yesterday

Oh my! Santa floated the Bow River yesterday. He was even passing out gifts to those fly fishing along the Bow River. I see his elf, Steve Luethi and his trusty reindeer, Chili the dog, were at the controls!
