Foam Fest with Rick Miyauchi

Happy 2020 everybody! Rick Miyauchi was our guest fly tying instructor tonight. Rick showed the gang some great foam flies that he regularly uses on lakes in the central Alberta area! It is a full house when Rick is at the vice and tonight was no exception! He is an expert fly tyer who is meticulous. Rick does a great job teaching everyone how to properly tie fly patterns. Rick is quite current with new ideas in fly patterns and he is more than willing to share these ideas with everyone! Thanks Rick for an excellent tying session!

Next week, Dan Reaman is our guest tyer. Dan is an excellent instructor, you will not want to miss his evening of instruction!

Just a few reminders:

1. All Day Phil Rowley Workshop is February 1st. The cost is $45. It will be an excellent day of stillwater fly tying instruction from one of the best in North America!

2. We will have Pub Night on Friday January 31st.
