When we woke up this morning, it was a winter wonderland. Wait a minute, its spring and it's the middle of April already! Well the one thing we all know, April weather is so unpredictable in Alberta. We are badly in need of moisture. This welcome moisture will help but we need a lot more. East of Red Deer, pot hole lakes are extremely low. Hopefully spring will bring lots of rain. Our water table is low and we definitely need lots of moisture.
