TC Outfitters was filled to capacity again with 25 fly tyers. We spent the evening tying 3 hopper/attractor patterns that will be excellent on our rivers in Central Alberta. We started off with Charlie Craven's "Charlie Boy Hopper", then tied tied a Chernobyl Ant and followed that up with a Stimulator tied with a brill body! Brill can be purchased from The Canadian Llama Company.
Next week Larry Prowse is our guest tyer. Larry would like you to bring white UTC 140 or 6/0, tan UTC 70, black UTC 70 and your UV resin and light!
Remember to drop me a note to sign up for the all day Philip Rowley Workshop on February 3rd. We have 12 signed up so far. We need 24 or so participants to make it a go! It will cost approximately $40/person.
See you next week!
