I hope you had an outstanding Labour Day Long Weekend! I was able to get out to Dickson Trout Pond on Sunday with Shannon Landry. Shannon was in Central Alberta and he wanted to get out to fly fish for the afternoon! The water temperature was 63F. As the water temperature drops, the fish will definitely become more active. Tokaryk Specials, Bubba Gump Shrimp, water boatmen and backswimmer fly patterns will definitely do well. Fall is in the air, be sure to get out when you can!
