Rainmagedon

Rain squalls were definitely rolling in. We were down to our last few days on the water so we opted to get out on the water early. The low dense clouds made sight fishing so tough. We looked for permit and then shifted to bonefish as the rain squall approached. Once the cold front hit us, we knew it was time to head back to the condo. The rain came down so hard, it was impossible to do anything but take cover. Karen was cold enough that she needed a warm shower back at the condo. We planned on having two longer days at the end of the trip and those two days were fantastic!

...oh I forgot to mention that it rained over 5 inches. Omar brought Doug and Dr. Bill back too as the rain moved in. It was definitely the right decision!

Nast weather was rolling in, and it did hammer us hard!
