Touy spent 3 days with my buddy Hilian Martinez fly fishing around Ambergris Caye chasing permit this past week while on vacation. Touy definitely wanted to have a chance at hooking and landing a permit. The last day early in the day, Touy hooked this 15 pounder and skillfully landed himself a trophy! Well done Touy!
