Karen and I are trying to explore new water and find new fly fishing opportunities. We loaded up our packs and headed out! There is a lot of great trout water out there but it does require some effort to enjoy! We enjoy the blue ribbon streams we have here in Alberta but they definitely receive a lot of fishing pressure. So it is time to hit the backcountry. We love the camping and we usually have the places we explore to ourselves when fly fishing! Get a copy of the Alberta Fishing Guide and take a look. There are so many places to go. Have fun!
