Why is Karen looking up and not paying attention to her strike indicator? Chironomid adults were all around us! As a matter of fact the buzz from their wings made quite the distracting sound. We used larger Rusty Nails today, size 12. There were so many chironomids hatching that you need to make your offering stand out in the crowd and you had to get it moving a bit!
