This was Reid's first 50 plus pound Lake Trout! He caught this monster at Great Bear Lake this past summer. He was doing maintenance work at both Great Slave Lake Lodges and Great Bear Lake Lodges. Reid was allowed one day out to fish at both locations. He definitely made the best of that opportunity. You will notice that one of the photos includes a cut out of a guest who comes to Great Bear every summer. I think the guides call him English Dave. Since the lodge was shut down due to the pandemic, the guys working at the lodge had to figure out how to keep the streak alive!
